Do not order products online. I ordered a product twice, 1st time never received and second time got wrong product.
Look on Amazon or elsewhere, don't deal with these guys.
This company is truly outstanding. I bought a dry erase calendar from them. A friend had told me such a thing exists. I was delighted when my order arrived from Flex A Chart. I am now able to make the most of my schedule and stick to it because I have such a great dry erase calendar. The quality of the construction is very sturdy. Very disappointing experience. The $600+ dry erase board that we ordered arrived damaged. After repeated contacts with company over a four month period of time, including talking to the owner, we still do not have a resolution. Flex a chart is placing the blame on the shipping company and filing claims with them instead of just ensuring we have an undamaged product that we can use. Promises to contact us back have been broken repeatedly. Would not recommend and will not order from them again.
Excellent service, the dry erase board calendar I received was in great condition and didn't smudge like the other ones I've bought previously. I will be back and know I'll see the same amount of quality.
Bought a universal, dry-erase refrigerator magnetic calendar for $59 from Flex-A-Chart (used them 8 years ago and was pleased with the product). The new item was not what I ordered and turned out to be non-magnetic and would not stick to refrigerator. Flex-A-Chart refused to take it back saying that a universal, dry-erase calendar was a custom order and not returnable. How a dry-erase, universal calendar is considered "custom" is beyond me.
I would never recommend a company that does not back their products and these folks did not. There was no indication during the ordering process that the item would be non-returnable.
